A spacious, double bedroom is for rent in a new, very modern appartment in the first floor, with a balcony. In the rent is included a gym membership, which has a sauna & a jacuzzi. The appartment is very spacious, with a big kitchen and a big living room, large TV, new furniture & kitchen appliances. Bathroom is also very spacious, again with modern appliances. The appartment is 1 minute away from the bus stop which brings you to city centre (15mins); there is also a railway station 5 mins walking distance, which brings you to town in 10mins, and blanchardstown in even less. The area is very quite and ideally located - beside the city centre, blanchardstown, finglas. Currently there is one couple living in the appartment, we're both working, quite & tidy, so we expect the same - working, friendly, tidy person (no couples). The appartment is elecitrcally heated, so bills are always low & appartment is always warm. Price is 350 euros monthly + the deposit.
